“Hansel, Gretel and the Agency of Magic” in the Final of “TEFI-KIDS” 2021

The full-length animated film by Wizart Animation studio “Hansel, Gretel and the Magic Agency” reached the final of the Russian national television award “TEFI-KIDS” 2021, which is awarded to the best children’s programs.

The studio’s project will compete for the victory in the nomination “Best Animated Film for Children”. Competitors of the cartoon will be “Barboskins at the dacha” by the Melnitsa studio and “Belka and Strelka. Caribbean secret ”by KinoAtis.

The TEFI-KIDS 2021 Prize was established by the Academy of Russian Television Foundation in order to encourage the most significant works of Russian children’s television professionals. The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on October 18 at the Et Cetera Theater in Moscow.

Hansel, Gretel and the Agency of Magic became the first Russian animated film to be released on the Netflix platform in March 2021. The studio’s project topped the rating of the most popular films on Netflix in 25 countries and entered the top 10 in 80 countries. In September 2021, “Hansel, Gretel and the Agency of Magic” became the Best Animated Feature Film at the Art Workshop “Film Meetings on Solnechny Ostrov” held in Evpatoria.
