Rocket Fox Studio is an independent animation studio founded in 2015 by director Artur Merkulov and producer Dmitry Gorbunov. The company produced TV-series in 2D animation. The studio’s most famous projects are Om Nom Stories, Magic Pik, Captain Kraken and His Crew.

The studio was focused on the production of animated series for digital platforms. So that time the animated series for kids “Magic Pik”, “Liza’s Dresses”, “Otto’s walk”, “Cars, Cars”, “Happy Counting” were produced in collaboration with X-Media Digital.

In 2016 Rocket Fox was commissioned by the ZeptoLab company to produce the 4th season of the animated series Om Nom Stories, timed to coincide with the release of the new game Cut The Rope: Magic. In 2017, the original 360 degree Om Nom series was released, which became one of the first VR cartoons in 2D animation technology. Collaboration between the studios continues, 19 seasons with 190 completed episodes of the series were produced by Rocket Fox till now.

In 2017, production of the animated series Captain Kraken and His Crew began, co-financed by X-Media Digital and the Soyuzmultfilm. The series aired on the Carousel channel in January 2018.

Nowadays the studio produces animated series for kids and develops new projects.
