IIIrd edition of AniMakers Voronezh International Animation Film Festival started the acceptance of applications

The IIIrd edition of AniMakers Voronezh International Animation Film Festival started the acceptance of applications. AniMakers festival will be held in Voronezh from May 22 to 25, 2025.

Applications for participation in the festival can be submitted from January 15 to March 1, 2025 on the official website of the festival and on the FilmFreeway platform. AniMakers competition program will include Russian and international animated features and short-meters, as well as animated series created after January 1, 2023.

An innovation of AniMakers-2025 will be a competition for school animation works, which can be applied for on the official website of the festival. Students in grades 5-11 are invited to participate, including students from children’s cartoon studios and clubs, as well as independent animators, and both individual and collective projects are accepted.

In addition, this year, as part of AniMakers festival out-of-competition screenings of cartoons dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in WWII will be held.

AniMakers Voronezh International Animation Film Festival is an annual event that unites animation professionals and enthusiasts around the world. Competitive, non-competitive, educational and business programs are implemented within the framework of the festival.
