The Russian Animated Film Association and the Korea Animation Industry Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Moscow Licensing Summit

On September 5, as part of the grand opening of the 9th Moscow Licensing Summit, a Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony was held between RAFA and the Korea Animation Industry Association (KAIA). The memorandum was signed by RAFA CEO Irina Mastusova and KAIA Chairman Changshin Park.

The Memorandum is aimed at developing international cooperation and cultural exchange between Russian and Korean producers of animated films.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, cooperation is planned in the field of production and distribution of content, technological innovations and joint production, information exchange and mutual promotion of projects of member companies of Associations, implementation of joint educational programs.

The signing of the memorandum between the industrial Associations of the two countries was the result of long–term cooperation between RAFA and the Korean Creative Agency KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency).
