Voronezh International Animation Film Festival winners

The closing ceremony and awarding of the winners of the II Voronezh International Animation Film Festival took place on June 1.
The main prize of the festival was awarded to the animated film ‘Ruslan and Lyudmila’ directed by Matvey Lashko (Russia). The best feature – ‘The other shape’ directed by Diego Felipe Guzmán (Colombia, Brazil). The best short film was named ‘Nube’ directed by Diego Alonso Sánchez de la Barquera Estrada, co-produced by Mexico, France and Hungary. The prize for the best TV series was awarded to the project ‘Chik-Chirikino (directed by Anton Lanshakov, Parovoz animation studio (Russia).
Voronezh International Animation Film Festival was held for the second time. The festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Voronezh Region. The founder of the festival is the Voronezh Animation Studio, which has been producing animated films and TV series for 12 years.
