Animakers International Festival announced its’ program

The program of the 3rd edition of the Animakers International Festival (22-25 of May, 2025, Voronezh) has been announced. The program includes foreign and domestic animated features, short meters and series. The festival is supported by the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives and the Government of the Voronezh Region.

4,150 applications from 110 countries were submitted to participate in the festival. The competition program included 165 films from 42 countries, including China, Belarus, Iran, South Korea, Latin American countries and others.

An innovation of the Animakers festival in 2025 was the competition of school animation works among students in grades 5-11, including pupils from children’s cartoon studios and clubs, as well as independent animators. More than 300 applications from Russia and Belarus came to the competition, and 50 animated works were selected to participate in the festival.
