CSTB.PRO.MEDIA 2026: Telecom Operator Day and the Promo Fest Pay TV Festival

Traditionally, CSTB.PRO.MEDIA pays special attention to events in the telecommunications operators’ market. On February 18, forum guests will be welcomed by a substantial and intensive program as part of Telecom Operator Day.

At the plenary session “Information Security of Telecom Operators in 2026”, participants will discuss how to assess vulnerabilities of critical information infrastructure (CII) facilities, demonstrate monitoring and control tools, and present solutions for ensuring security.

The session will be moderated by Oleg Grishchenko, President of the Rosteleset Association.
Invited participants include a representative of the Cybersecurity Department of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, executives and IT specialists of telecom operators, as well as leading developers and integrators of telecommunications security solutions.

At the Promo Fest Pay TV festival, pay TV channels will present operators and online platforms with in-house promotional videos.
Among the participants are: Digital Television Family, MBG, Sky Media, Perviy TVCh, Ufanet, Kino Jam, Red Media, Media-Telecom, Blagaya Vest, Multilandia, Klyuch, Universal Distribution, Amediateka.
Applications for participation and promo videos are accepted until January 23.

At the conclusion of Telecom Operator Day, the most creative promo videos will receive well-deserved awards in a ceremonial setting. Admission to the awards ceremony is by invitation only.

For the first time within the framework of the forum, a Master Class on Promo Video Production will be held. Leading media industry professionals will speak about trends and the specifics of producing promotional content.

Promo experts are invited to participate, including scriptwriters, editing, sound and graphics specialists, and others.

Participation has already been confirmed by: Sergey Pavlov, Director of the Media Center of the Faculty of Creative Industries at HSE University; Lyudmila Seryakova, Head of On-Air Promotion at Multilandia; Georgy Ryumin, Creative Producer at GPM KIT (Gazprom-Media Holding); Pavel Boreyko, CEO of the creative agency RGBY; and a representative of BubOkko (Okko).

The round table “Legal Issues in Telecommunications” will be dedicated to the analysis of changes in the legal environment, risks and types of liability for operators, as well as forecasts for 2026.
The moderator will be Dmitry Galushko, President of the Association of Small Regional Telecom Operators and CEO of OrderCom LLC.
