A proposal to launch a nationwide marathon of creative industries schools was presented during a cultural forum in Kaliningrad. The initiative is intended to expand successful educational practices and strengthen collaboration with young people across different regions of the country.

According to Tatiana Abankina, a strong network of projects, professional teams, and educational platforms has already been formed, creating the conditions for broader national cooperation. She noted that a coordinated national program involving creative schools could become an important step in sharing experience, supporting regional initiatives, and developing new collaborative formats.

The concept includes participation from creative industries schools, prototyping centers, and inclusive laboratories. Teams from these organizations would travel to different regions, present their projects, hold workshops and public events, and involve local communities in joint creative activities.

Since 2022, creative industries schools in Russia have been developing with state support, offering educational programs in animation, 3D graphics, sound production, design, digital media, and related fields. According to organizers, the network is expected to expand significantly by 2030, increasing access to creative education for children and teenagers throughout the country.

Experts participating in the forum emphasized that cultural values are formed not only through formal education, but also through practical creative experience. In this context, expanding opportunities for participation in artistic and media projects is viewed as an important factor in youth development and cultural engagement.

The forum continues to serve as a platform for dialogue between cultural professionals, educators, and policymakers discussing the future of the creative sector and new approaches to cultural education.
