Animatika Festival in Artek provides an opportunity for both children who are already engaged in animation studios and beginners to try themselves as cartoon creators under the guidance of leading figures of Russian animation and experienced teachers. For some of the children, participation in Animatika Festival will determine their professional path and give an impetus to the development of their own creative projects. Some festival participants choose animation as a profession and continue their studies in specialized educational institutions, and then come to work on animation projects in professional studios.
