Riki Group celebrated its 20th anniversary at the fourth Partner Summit

The fourth annual partner summit of the Riki Group was held in Moscow dedicated to the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the company, summing up and announcing development plans. By tradition, the Riki Awards-2022 ceremony was held at the Summit site.

Ilya Popov, founder of Riki Group of Companies addressed the guests with a welcoming speech:

‘This year is special. We are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the ‘Kikoriki’ project and our company. I am grateful to everyone who was able to come and share this moment with us today. 20 years have passed very quickly. During this time, we were incredibly lucky with people who were involved in the project, supported and created it. Our partners also play an important role here. It was they who, at some point, believed in the project, joined and remain with us to this day. Thanks to this, we have created such a wonderful boundless Universe of ‘Riki’, where new names and characters will continue to appear.’

The business program of the summit was opened by Yulia Nemchina, CEO of Riki Group of Companies. The speaker presented a chronology of bright and significant events in the 20-year history of the company, including: the release of feature films, international deals, the expansion of the brand family and the conclusion of major licensing contracts.

‘Starting as a production company, today we have transformed into a corporation operating on the 360 principle. Covering the widest audience, our projects are broadcast in more than a hundred countries around the world, the brands of the Riki Group are among the TOP most loved by children of all age categories. And behind all this is the strongest team, to whom I want to say “thank you” today for the fact that every day they give their strength, knowledge, and put their soul into the good of the development of Russian animation. And of course, I dedicate special warm words to our partners. In particular, thanks to them, today Riki Group is one of the strongest animation companies in our country.’

Continued the performance Yulia Nikolaeva, General producer of Riki Group, told in detail about the success of animation projects and development plans.

‘Last year only we created more than 1,700 minutes of animation, releasing a full-length animated film and 181 serial episodes. At the moment, there are more than 15 projects at different stages of production. The animation by Riki’ Group of companies is very popular not only in Russia, but abroad as well. In the anniversary year, we have prepared a number of interesting events. Let’s celebrate together!’
