Moscow Industrial Media Forum

The Moscow Industrial Media Forum is the largest event shaping the agenda for the development of media technologies and the content industry in Russia and the CIS. In 2025, the forum will serve as a unified cross-industry platform bringing together leading media groups, broadcasters, internet providers, pay-TV operators, equipment manufacturers, streaming platforms and developers of innovative solutions for the media industry.
The forum is expected to gather around 7,000 professionals representing more than 70 regions of Russia, as well as participants from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries seeking to expand technological and creative partnerships with the Russian market.
The event’s status is reinforced by a large-scale exhibition and business program integrating several key areas at once, including showcases from terrestrial and non-terrestrial TV channels, online platforms and digital media, the international NATEXPO 2025, featuring advanced technologies for television, radio and film production, and a special exhibition of unique artifacts highlighting the evolution of media innovations and landmark devices that transformed the industry.
The forum will comprise five dedicated tracks within the business program, industry festivals, professional competitions, initiatives supporting media startups and developers, and nationally recognized awards that play an important role in the media market. Among them are the Golden Ray Award and the Vladimir Zworykin Award, honoring the best projects and technology solutions of the year.
On December 3, 2025, the Amalthea Venue at the MediaTech Hub will host the industry-led panel discussion titled Animation: Brand 360, prepared with the participation of key market players. The discussion will be moderated by Nadezhda Stepanova representing AKI. The expert panel will include Anastasia Rybkina, Irina Mastusova, Marina Pikuleva, Alexander Sablukov and Ekaterina Pshenitsyna. The panel will explore the creation of an animation brand within a 360 ecosystem and the role of content in multi-platform promotion, commercialization strategies and increasing reach in the digital environment.
The forum’s business program will also feature the national awards ceremony and the final stage of the national generative-AI content hackathon. The forum will continue its mission to unite the technology, television and creative sectors, fostering dialogue among market leaders, launching new media projects, presenting cutting-edge equipment and expanding international cooperation.
In 2025, the forum will become the key space where media technology trends are defined, business connections are strengthened, new partnerships are forged and new models for content creation and distribution take shape.
