Applications for the II International Animation Festival “Multpractika” have been opened

The II International Animation Festival “Multpractika” has opened applications for participation in the competition program of animated films. The event will be held from May 30 to June 2, 2024 in Voronezh for the second time. The festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

You can apply until March 15, 2024 inclusive on the official website of the festival and the FilmFreeway platform.

The competition program of the festival accepts full-length and short films, as well as animated series created no earlier than January 1, 2022.

The non-competitive program of the festival will consist of screenings of short and full-meter features, educational and business programs of the “Multpractika” festival. The educational program will traditionally include lectures and workshops on animation and creative meetings with recognized professionals of the Russian and international animation industry.

An innovation of the program of the “Multpractika” festival in 2024 will be an extensive business program, within the framework of which strategic sessions on import substitution of software for creating 3D content will be held, organized by the Voronezh animation studio. The program includes panel discussions on software development and promotion with the participation of speakers from leading animation studios of the Russian Federation, IT companies and creative industries, lectures on 3D technologies for students and professionals of the animation industry.
