On November 6, 2025, the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “National Priorities” together with the Association of Animation Film will hold a thematic seminar dedicated to the creation and development of animated projects in the field of science communication. The event will take place at the “Tochka Kipeniya” venue of the National University of Science and Technology MISIS (2nd Donskoy Proezd, 9, Building 3) from 11:00 to 15:00.

Today, animation is becoming one of the most effective tools for popularizing science and technology among children and adolescents. At the same time, the number of projects where scientific content plays a central role in the narrative rather than serving as a background remains limited. The seminar aims to address this challenge and foster direct dialogue between the animation industry and the scientific and technological community.

As part of the program, leading Russian animation studios will present short pitches of new projects in which scientific discoveries, engineering solutions, and research serve as key narrative drivers. Participants will discuss approaches to adapting complex knowledge for young audiences, as well as strategies for inspiring interest in natural sciences and technological creativity.

“Russian animation has a strong artistic and educational potential. We see a growing demand for projects that not only entertain but also help children understand how the world works. The goal of the seminar is to bring together the creative industry and the scientific community so that such projects become more frequent and accessible to a wide audience,” the organizers noted.

Participation in the seminar offers creators the opportunity to present their ideas to representatives of high-tech companies and potential partners, as well as to receive feedback from experts.
